Mr. Perry Korol is responsible for originating, analyzing and acquiring real estate related investment opportunities and assits in directing the firms real estate investment strategy and capital formation efforts. He has more than 25 years of real estate experience and has participated as a principal and advisor in the acquisition, ownership, development, management, renovation and divestiture of more than $2billion or real estate asets, located in select markets across the country. Mr. Perry Korol led the acquisition efforts on more than $1.2 billion of residential properties in partnership with GE Capital, Starwood, Guggenheim and other international real estate investors.
